Use an extensive amount of excel formulas and automation, matching data from various sources, to solve problems and discover insights from customer data
Use form builder tools to collect data, and create automated workflows for marketing and business purposes
Designing business intelligence/customer data reports and performance measurement dashboards to share with top management
Solve key business problems through appropriate mix of strategic thinking and computational methods
Perform lots of ad-hoc business analysis to drill down on certain business challenges, providing actionable data-driven insights
Co-manage, support acquisition of, and extract insights from customer data
Lead new data analytics capability rollouts and/or data-led initiatives

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, Business Management, or any related field
Multiple years of experience in business or marketing analytics field (any experience in a startup is a plus)
Solid analytical skills, with strong attention to details and high level of concentration
Knowledge of advanced Microsoft Excel, SQL, Python and/or R
Experienced in automation and building dashboards on reporting tool, such as PowerBI or Tableau
Curiosity, creative research skills, and ability to identify data patterns
Love of finding hacks and workarounds, using logic and creative use of very limited resources
Good teamwork and communication skills, with ability to work under pressure
