USC Marshall School Visits MedPark Hospital
On March 20, 2025, MedPark Hospital hosted a delegation of undergraduate business administration students from the USC Marshall School of Business in the US. The visit aimed to explore and gain insights into private Thai healthcare administration and medical services. Ms. Proud Patanavanich, Associate Chief Administrative Officer and Innovation Division Director of MedPark Hospital, welcomed the delegation at the Forum conference hall on the M floor.
During the visit, students and personnel from USC Marshall School had the privilege of attending a special lecture by Ms. Proud Patanavanich. She shared the hospital management’s vision, patient-centered hospital design concept, and commitment to delivering care with the same attentiveness and compassion as one would for a family member. A key strength of MedPark Hospital lies in its team of seasoned physicians, whose extensive patient care experience played a crucial role in shaping the hospital’s architectural design and service policies. This deep understanding of patient needs enables MedPark to provide precise and effective care, striving to offer the best possible experience for all patients while fostering long-term health and well-being.
In addition, the visiting delegation had the opportunity to explore MedPark Hospital’s hallmark innovations and medical services through a hospital tour encompassing outpatient clinics, inpatient accommodations, and cutting-edge, fully automated clinical laboratories. Throughout the visit, participants actively engaged in discussions and posed thoughtful questions.
Being selected as a site for USC Marshall School’s study visit showcases Thailand’s healthcare excellence while reaffirming MedPark’s position as a pioneer in world-class medical services and fostering the relationship between the two institutions.
