- The price includes doctor fees, nursing fees, and hospital service fees.
- The price does not include doctor fees for additional diagnoses other than the package.
- The price is exclusive of medication fees or any other fees if the doctor recommends additional examination after detecting any abnormality.
- MedPark Hospital reserves the right to charge the full price as stated in the package, should the client refuse or decide not to receive the service of one or another item in the package.
- This package cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotional offers or a third-party payer such as an insurance company or contract company.
- The price does not include the fees in IPD, nurse service fees, medicine, or other medical supplies.
- The price is exclusively for Thai residents and expatriates residing in Thailand.
- In case of pregnancy or suspecting pregnancy, it is advised to consult with the doctor before undergoing the test.
- If the patient has an implanted medical device in the body, such as a cardiac pacemaker, prosthetic heart valve, stent, metal, or other electronic devices in any part of the body. The patient should consult with the doctor before undergoing the examination.
