Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and manage strong relationships with Thai and international insurance companies, along with their representatives, driving revenue and patient volume growth through insurance channels.
  • Be the first point of contact for insurance representatives and patients, providing troubleshooting solutions, answering inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout their healthcare journey. Collaborate seamlessly with clinical and non-clinical departments regarding operations and to resolve any concerns.
  • Lead the negotiation and review of contracts with insurance companies, ensuring mutually beneficial and competitive terms for both parties.
  • Develop and execute innovative insurance projects in collaboration with different insurance partners, targeting specific segments to maximize revenue generation.
  • Design, plan, and implement targeted marketing activities for the insurance market, including informative medical knowledge events for representatives, engaging events for patients, and focused marketing campaigns.
  • Provide personalized attention to admitted insurance patients, understanding their unique needs and insurance requirements upon admission. Assist in resolving any issues that arise with empathy and efficiency.
  • Conduct in-depth insurance market analysis, generating insightful reports and actionable recommendations on a regular basis (i.e. monthly and quarterly). Track revenue and patient volume from different insurance providers and devise strategic plans for prioritized targets.
  • Partner with the Corporate Business Development team to propose attractive offers and contracts for corporates with group insurance plans.
  • Actively build and expand MedPark's network of insurance representatives, driving both inpatient and outpatient revenue and patient volume through insurance channels.
Qualifications
  • You hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in business, marketing, clinical fields, or a related area.
  • You possess demonstrable experience working in a private hospital setting, with experience handling insurance or catering to high-profile patients.
  • You have a deep understanding of hospital services, insurance requirements, and the ability to research and analyze market trends and demands.
  • You are a seasoned leader with experience building and managing teams, developing efficient work processes, and implementing best practices.
  • You demonstrate strong emotional intelligence, a sense of urgency, and the ability to prioritize and deliver results under pressure with limited resources.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Thai.
  • Experience in the insurance and/or healthcare service delivery sectors is a significant advantage.
  • You are highly accountable, possess strong leadership qualities, are highly motivated, self-driven, and service-oriented, and consistently achieve desired business objectives.
