- Providing a warm welcome to patients and customers efficiently
- Responsible for handling new and current patients registration with high accuracy & quality
- Provide pre-screening to identify initial symptoms and refer the patient to a specialist doctor correctly
- Provide accurate information on the hospital's services and promotions
Responsibilities Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Have at least 2 years experience preferably with hospital or hotel environment
- Able to use Microsoft office or familiar with computer system
- Have knowledge and understanding of medical terminology would be advantageous
- Service minded, highly responsible, a team player and willing to learn new things
- Good command of English communications
- Able to work shifts
