MedPark Donates the Foundation for the Blind in Thailand

MedPark Hospital donated proceeds from the conference ‘What Practitioners MUST KNOW about the EYE’ to the Foundation for the Blind in Thailand under the Royal Patronage.

Bangkok—On 17 June 2022, the management team of MedPark Hospital, led by Dr. Chumrurn Sorapipatana, Deputy Hospital Director, Deputy Chief Executive Officer, and Chief Administrative Officer; Dr. Maiyadhaj Samsen, Chief Operating Officer; Ms. Somthawin Patanavanich, Management Consultant; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Prin Rojanapongpun, Head of the Eye Care Center; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Visanee Tantisevi and Dr. Suphawadee Erjongmanee, the ophthalmology team; and Ms. Panpakar Sangsai.

On this occasion, Dr. Sira Sooparb, Chair of the Continuing Medical Education Committee of MedPark Hospital, joined in presenting a financial contribution raised from MedPark physicians and participants of the CME conference “What Practitioners MUST KNOW About the Eye.” Event proceeds were donated to the Foundation for the Blind in Thailand under the Royal Patronage of H.M. the Queen. Ms. Siriporn Tantaohpas, Project Manager for Inclusive Education and Volunteer Programs of the Bangkok School for the Blind, and Ms. Tanapan Kaosim, a teacher at the Bangkok School for the Blind, accepted the 100,000 THB donation at MedPark Hospital.
