Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with marketing teams and clinical departments to define campaign goals, target audiences, and key performance indicators (KPIs) across online and offline channels.
- Develop innovative and results-oriented marketing campaigns aligned with overall brand strategy and marketing objectives.
- Manage all aspects of campaign logistics, from content creation and graphic design to media selection and execution, ensuring timely and successful launches.
- Leverage a diverse range of marketing channels (digital, print, social media, etc.) to effectively reach target audiences and maximize campaign impact.
- Plan and organize various events, including community outreach programs and revenue-generating initiatives. Develop detailed event plans outlining objectives, target audience, logistics, budget, and timeline.
- Oversee event execution, ensuring seamless operation from setup to completion.
- Develop compelling marketing materials and promotional campaigns to drive event attendance and engagement.
- Analyze event data and campaign metrics to evaluate success and identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including marketing teams, hospital staff, community partners, and media outlets.
- Manage project timelines and budgets effectively while ensuring adherence to organizational objectives.
