Responsibilities

We are seeking a driven and analytical Media Plan & Budget Allocation Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring our marketing budget reaches the right audience with the most effective message, driving patient growth for MedPark Hospital.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand target audiences, media landscape, and emerging trends in healthcare marketing.
  • Develop comprehensive media plans, defining the best mix of traditional (print, broadcast) and digital channels to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Research and compare media vendors, negotiate pricing and contracts to secure the most cost-effective media buys.
  • Allocate marketing budgets strategically across different channels, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
  • Monitor campaign performance using relevant metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions), identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations for budget adjustments, creative refreshes, or channel diversification.
  • Generate insightful reports to track campaign progress and communicate key findings to internal stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest media trends and technologies, assessing their potential impact on MedPark's marketing strategies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Digital Marketing, Business, Marketing Communication, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in media planning, buying, or a similar marketing role.
  • Proficiency in Thai and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of various media channels (digital, print, broadcast) and their functionalities for reaching target audiences in the healthcare sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to efficiently allocate and manage marketing budgets.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams (marketing, creative) and external vendors.
