We are seeking a driven and analytical Media Plan & Budget Allocation Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring our marketing budget reaches the right audience with the most effective message, driving patient growth for MedPark Hospital.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand target audiences, media landscape, and emerging trends in healthcare marketing.
- Develop comprehensive media plans, defining the best mix of traditional (print, broadcast) and digital channels to achieve marketing objectives.
- Research and compare media vendors, negotiate pricing and contracts to secure the most cost-effective media buys.
- Allocate marketing budgets strategically across different channels, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
- Monitor campaign performance using relevant metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions), identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations for budget adjustments, creative refreshes, or channel diversification.
- Generate insightful reports to track campaign progress and communicate key findings to internal stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest media trends and technologies, assessing their potential impact on MedPark's marketing strategies.
