Responsibilities
  • Oversee the renewal of memberships and privileges for doctors and dentists in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments for pre-employment health checks and annual medical check-ups for medical staff.
  • Develop and maintain hospital policies regarding medical treatment benefits for doctors and dentists.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Medical Secretary or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
  • Strong English communication skills for effective coordination with doctors, dentists, and other stakeholders.
  • Knowledge and experience in personnel and administrative management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Office) and familiarity with hospital systems.
