- Coordinate and schedule doctors’ and dentists’ consultation hours, notify them of monthly schedules, and update the HIS system accordingly.
- Maintain and update doctors’ and dentists’ profiles in the HIS system, hospital intranet, and website.
- Collect and verify doctors’ and dentists’ attendance records to prepare monthly compensation reports.
- Prepare and report monthly statistics on medical staff.
- Manage and oversee various benefits and welfare programs for doctors and dentists.
Responsibilities Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Secretary or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in human resources or related fields.
- Strong English communication skills for coordinating with doctors, dentists, and other stakeholders.
- Knowledge and experience in personnel and administrative management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Office) and hospital information systems (HIS).
