- Provide pre-arrangement services.
- Make appointments and provide general hospital services including inform hospital promotions to individual patients and relatives, internal and external customers.
- Liaise with physicians, nurses, and interdepartmental staff to provide comprehensive and accurate response within determined timeframe.
Responsibilities Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in contact center would be advantageous.
- Experience in using either Telephony system, Contact Center system or CRM system.
- Good command of English communication skills especially speaking, listening and writing.
- Proficient typist and computer skills.
- Must be a team player.
- Able to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
- Able to work in shifts and on weekends.
