Responsibilities

·        Oversees the hospital’s facility support services departments which includes laundry, housekeeping, security, building facilities and maintenance.

·        Monitoring departmental services to uphold hospital standards and supervising operational processes to maintain safety and cleanliness standards, thereby reducing operational risks as per JCI and HA standards.

·        Collaborating on waste disposal systems and participating in planning traffic routes for service providers, including emergency ambulance routes.

·        Overseeing companywide events, meetings, certification events, and other activities to align them with the hospital's objectives and assisting in ensuring safe building and facility services for patients and service providers in line with safety principles.

·        Overseeing and directing departmental staff to ensure tasks are executed in accordance with established guidelines and enhancing internal departmental processes for smoother operations.

Qualifications

·        Minimum 5 - 8 years of work experience in support services in the hospital/healthcare industry or hotel management or service industry.

·        Bachelor’s degree in general management or related field.

·        Good command in English communication skills.

·        Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, analytical, service minded, can work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
