Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive personnel development guidelines and principles to optimize work efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Design and execute a robust performance management system to assess employee performance and identify development opportunities.
  • Cultivate and promote a strong organizational culture aligned with MedPark Hospital's values through employee behavior development initiatives.
  • Conduct annual Employee Engagement Surveys to measure employee satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans.
  • Analyze employee data and performance metrics to identify trends and inform organizational development strategies.
  • Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends to ensure the organization remains competitive.
  • Additional responsibilities as determined.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Political Science, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Organizational Development.
  • Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Thai.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Desired Skills:

  • Experience in the healthcare industry would be advantageous.
  • Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis tools.
