- Develop and implement comprehensive personnel development guidelines and principles to optimize work efficiency and effectiveness.
- Design and execute a robust performance management system to assess employee performance and identify development opportunities.
- Cultivate and promote a strong organizational culture aligned with MedPark Hospital's values through employee behavior development initiatives.
- Conduct annual Employee Engagement Surveys to measure employee satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans.
- Analyze employee data and performance metrics to identify trends and inform organizational development strategies.
- Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends to ensure the organization remains competitive.

Responsibilities Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Political Science, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Organizational Development.
- Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Thai.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Desired Skills:
- Experience in the healthcare industry would be advantageous.
- Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis tools.
