Responsibilities
  • Welcoming and proactive service with warmth and friendliness, in accordance with the MedPark Hospital Service Excellence standards.
  • Provides accurate information about medical services and products of the hospital to service recipients, and reviews the hospital's service information to keep it up-to-date, so that it can answer questions from service recipients correctly.
  • Coordinates with relevant departments to facilitate and create satisfaction for service recipients to receive the highest satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service.
  • Good personality, interpersonal skills, positive attitude, empathy, and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work in shifts.
  • Passion for service, creativity, and a commitment to continuous self-improvement.
  • Ability to work in a team and high flexibility.
  • Good command of English.
