- Provides accurate information about medical services and products of the hospital to service recipients, and reviews the hospital's service information to keep it up-to-date, so that it can answer questions from service recipients correctly.
- Coordinates with relevant departments to facilitate and create satisfaction for service recipients to receive the highest satisfaction.
Responsibilities Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 3+ years of experience in customer service.
- Good personality, interpersonal skills, positive attitude, empathy, and effective communication skills.
- Ability to work in shifts.
- Passion for service, creativity, and a commitment to continuous self-improvement.
- Ability to work in a team and high flexibility.
- Good command of English.
