Individuals eligible for Femto LASIK

• Adults aged 18 and above.
• People with adequate corneal thickness, healthy corneas, and no eye conditions like keratoconus or severe dry eyes.
• Individuals with consistent vision or a change of less than 0.5 diopters in a year.
• Should have practical expectations regarding treatment results.
• Must be aware of possible risks and complications that could arise.

Preparation for Femto LASIK

1. Refrain from using contact lenses before an eye assessment as they can press on the cornea and interfere with refraction tests and keratometry results.
   • For soft contact lenses, refrain from wearing them for at least 5-7 days prior.
   • For rigid gas permeable lenses (RGP), refrain from wearing them for at least three weeks prior.
2. Stop taking certain medications:
   • Oral isotretinoin, sold under brand names including Roaccutane, Acnotin, and Isotane, can cause dryness of the cornea, interfere with eye exam results, and lead to dry eyes after Femto LASIK. It is advisable to stop taking oral isotretinoin for at least one month before the eye examination.
   • Inform your ophthalmologist about any medications you are taking. Most medications can be continued without omission.
3. An eye examination for Femto Lasik takes about 3-4 hours.
4. Refrain from driving. Have someone accompany you on the day of the eye assessment and surgery.
5. Avoid wearing makeup, perfume, eyeliner, hair tonic, or gel on the day of surgery.
6. Wash your face and hair either the day before or on the morning of the surgery day.

Terms and conditions

• The price is inclusive of hospital and nursing service fees and covers medications and supplies used during the surgery.
• This price includes the 16th-floor Executive Lake View / Executive River View room charge and Food service for the specified length of stay of the packages.
• The price includes ophthalmologist fees and six post-op follow-up visits (at one day, one week, one month, three months, six months, and one year after surgery), but does not include extra costs during these visits, such as medications and other expenses.
• The package cannot be combined with other promotional offers, third-party payers such as insurance companies, or discount privileges of a contracted company.
• The price excludes other examinations and expenses related to other eye disorders or consultations with other medical specialists.
• The price is applicable for outpatient cases only.
• The price is valid for Thai nationals and expatriates residing in Thailand.
